Executive - Sales - BFSI (2-3 yrs)
We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our agency channel strategy, driving growth and profitability through strong relationships with our agency partners
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive agency channel strategy to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency leaders, producers, and support staff
- Recruit, train, and develop new agency partners to expand our distribution network
- Analyze agency performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion through agency channels
Required Candidate profile :
- Experience : 2+ years in sales, Field sales, Marketing
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Must be local candidate
