- Experience: 1 year & above in presales/tele-calling department

Job Description :


- Outbound calling on leads generated by the Company through marketing efforts to pitch home loan products ensure its closure

- Ensure follow-ups by passing leads to appropriate team members with complete profile information, requirement, sources, etc.

- Clearly and effectively communicating & counselling prospects with respect to products information or queries

- Evaluating basic creditworthiness & eligibility of a customer based on profile, basic documents & monthly income

- Direct prospects to the branch sales team when needed & follow up with them

- Ensure quick loan sanction & adherence to predefined TAT

- Gathering feedbacks for consumer insights

- Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
