The role of a Sales Executive involves leading a sales team to achieve or exceed established sales goals. This position includes responsibilities such as crafting sales strategies, assessing the performance of sales teams in various locations, and managing the performance of team members.

Primary Objectives of this Role:

- Represent the company proficiently with a thorough understanding of our products and services.

- Investigate consumer needs and identify how our offerings can meet those needs.

- Recruit, train, motivate, and guide a team of sales representatives.

- Meet company objectives through careful planning, setting sales targets, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.

- Continuously develop skills in hiring, training, and leading team members, ensuring the use of effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

- Generate leads and build and maintain client relationships.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor's Degree

- Candidates with an operations background are not suitable for this position.

- The role requires 100% fieldwork for the sale of policies.

Experience: 1 to 4 years in any sales sector.
