Overview:
The Sales Executive is responsible for overseeing a team of insurance agents, driving sales growth, and ensuring the achievement of targets within a specific unit or territory. The role involves recruiting, training, and coaching agents, managing client relationships, and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profitability for the insurance products offered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales agents to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new agents, ensuring they have the skills to succeed.
- Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations for agents.
- Monitor daily sales activities, track performance, and offer corrective feedback as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure all agents adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical sales practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to implement campaigns and initiatives to drive sales.
Criteria:
- Bachelor degree
- 1+ year of sales experience
- 21-38 age
