Executive - Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
To help the sales team reach goals and improve client connections, we are looking for a Sales Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the creation and implementation of sales strategy.
- Assist the sales Executive in coaching and training salespeople.
- Track sales results and provide suggestions for enhancements.
- Create and preserve connections with important clients.
- Analyze market trends and create sales reports.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline.
- 1 to 5 years of sales experience with BFSI.
- Prior sales or customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
