Executive - Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for a driven Channel Sales Executive to increase sales via our network of agencies. Building and sustaining relationships with agents will be your responsibility in order to give them the tools they need to successfully market our insurance products.
Responsibilities :
- Find and bring on fresh agency partners.
- Provide product offerings and sales methods training and assistance to agents.
- Keep an eye on sales performance and provide agents feedback.
- Create and put into action plans to accomplish sales goals.
- Hold frequent meetings with agents to discuss issues and evaluate performance.
Requirement :
- One to two years of field sales or sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree
- The candidate must be local.
