Job Title: Sales Executive
Role Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Executive to recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents. In this role, you will mentor agents to help them achieve their sales targets, build strong client relationships, and expand the agency network in your region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance agents to join the team.
- Train and guide agents to achieve their individual sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both agents and clients.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular progress reports.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Education: Any graduate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive results.
Compensation & Benefits:
- CTC: - 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 LPA.
- Compensation Structure: Fixed Salary + Incentives.
