Job Title : Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit Quality Advisors : Bring in talented individuals to build a strong team of financial advisors.
- Support Advisors : Assist advisors in generating leads, prospecting new clients, and developing their business.
- Ensure Right Solutions : Make sure that our advisors are providing accurate and beneficial financial solutions to our customers.
- Follow Processes : Stick to our established business processes and norms.
- Achieve Targets : Meet monthly goals for generating new business and recruiting advisors.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Experience : Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (from any industry).
- Education : Must be a Graduate.
