Experience : 0 - 1 Yr

Salary : 1.2lpa - 2lpa

Location : Thane or any central line preferred

1. An educated young sales professional with one or two years of experience in sales.

2. Experience in selling financial products such as credit cards, loans, insurance etc. will get a preference.

3. Minimum qualification is Graduate in any faculty i.e. Science, Commerce or Arts. No gender restrictions.

Personality :

1. Candidate should be friendly and polite.

2. He/she should be good at talking to people and convincing them to explore the app n eventually invest through it.

3. He/she should be also good in form filling. Accurately capturing client information in the forms n system so that investments go through smoothly

Job Description :

1. Approach the target user groups, explain the company app features and get them to download the company app and sign up.

2. Complete the Demat opening for Stock trading and Investor onboarding process after obtaining relevant documents n forms from the customers.

3. Help investors complete the transaction.

4. For points 2 & 3, meet the prospective investors and help close the transactions. Successful transaction booking will be counted as a success case.

5. Completion and submission of Daily Activity and Sales report.

6. Meet the project manager for training and meetings as and when required.

Screening process :

1. Interview

2. Test assignment - Sales activity for 1 week, no fixed hours. Whatever business the candidate gets, we will give him commission.

Probation period :

1. The probation period will be of 3 months.

2. Candidate's performance will be assessed against success in meeting sales targets. It will form the basis of our decision whether we confirm the staff or no.

Compensation and Benefits :

1. Salary range is INR 10K-15K per month. We quote 10K to all, if we really like someone n negotiation happens we might increase it.

2. Incentives - We set a monthly minimum target. If the candidate meets it or misses it, he won't get any incentive. If he beats the target, he will get incentive commission on the number above the target.

3. Performance bonus - Candidate will only get incentive commission. He won't get any performance bonus.
