Executive - Sales - BFS (3-10 yrs)
Experience :
- Overall 3-5 years of minimum experience
- Has at least 2 years experience in enterprise sales, start-up in financial sector, investment or banking.
- Should have a good existing client base (HNIs) in mumbai
Key Responsibilities :
- Should be able to drive sales for our financial products
- Should be able to create a team, train and achieve results and targets.
- Should be able to coordinates with channel partners and agents.
Key Skills/Knowledge :
- Should be good at business development and relationship management.
- Should have experience in campaign management and execution.
- Should have some experience in dealing with MSME's and small corporates.
- Ability to coordinate with different departments and achieve results
- Proactive approach to handle situations and find required solutions.
- Good computer knowledge (E.g. advanced knowledge of MS Office)
Key Critical Competencies :
- Should be self-driven with high energy levels and initiative-taking approach.
- Ability to build good working peer-level relationship across functions.
- Ability to participate in effective and efficient implementation of new processes.
- Ability to work in team for achieving and exceeding individual and team targets.
- Should have team management experience in the past.
