Sales Executive
- We are looking for highly motivated Candidates with Sales Background who can work with team and work in field.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Recruitment and development of quality advisor.
- Recruiting by selling career opportunity to prospective advisors
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors.
- Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
- Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment.
- Advice on branding, positioning, communications, and other marketing issues.
- Give direction to marketing efforts with the most effective methods and tools.
- Develop and improve upon existing marketing techniques.
- Monitor market trends, and analyze consumer markets activities to identify opportunities.
- Suggest improvements regarding communications and imagery.
- Coordinate, supervise and inspire members of the Advisor team.
Requirements Skills :
- Strong closing skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Great networking abilities.
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 22 to 37 Years.
- Graduation in Any Stream.
- Minimum 2 Years in sales and Marketing
- Attractive Personality and good communication skills.
- One who ready for challenges.
- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 3 years.
