Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for build up your team by using your self-network.
- You have to train and motivate them for sales.
- You have to organize sales visit for business development.
- Develop your team member for more business.
- Managing monthly and weekly meetings for discuss about plans to achieve the target.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Age : 22 to 37 years.
- Any Graduation with good communication skill and open market knowledge.
- Need 2 years experience in sales and marketing.
- Ability to train and guide the sales team.
- Local candidate with good local network.
