Executive - Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)

Job Purpose :
- To manage the sales team and ensure that they achieve their targets in terms of premium, policies, and productivity. To develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and training to the team
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the team members
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including underwriters, operations, and customer service teams
- Analyse market trends and provide insights to the management team
- Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills
