Executive - Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are looking for a dynamic sales executive to join our sales team. Sales leaders promote developments and services to clients and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits.
Purpose of the Job :
-The key responsibility of this role is to be based out of the allocated channel partner branch and build a strong network with the sales team of the channel partner
- You will be evaluated mainly on your ability to build a continuous interaction with the sales team of channel partners and achieve sales targets through effective sales pitches, prospecting for new customers
Responsibilities :
- Team handling/Lead Generation/Sales
- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
- Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
- Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
- Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.
- Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff does the same.
- Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
Criteria :
- Any Graduate can apply
- Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable)
- Any Graduate
- Must be local candidates
