Executive - Sales - BFS (2-12 yrs)
- We are looking for Sales professionals to help us expand our business
Responsibilities :
- You have to build up team yourself
- You recruit agent through your previous portfolio or friends or relatives or known person
- Guide and motivate them to sale insurance policy
- Manage leads and develop strong relationships.
- Communicate regularly with colleagues, management, and potential prospects.
- Prospect potential clients through networking and finding the best way to connect with them.
- Reconnect and build relationships with cold leads and continuously build the pipeline.
Skills And Criteria :
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing
- Graduation Required
- Should have a vehicle
- Good communication skills
