Executive - Sales - BFS (0-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Target Achievement : Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the Sales Manager.
2. Customer Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
3. Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify potential customers and create a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through research, cold-calling, and networking.
4. Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
5. Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, highlighting the value of our products/services.
6. Negotiation : Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
7. Quotation and Proposal Development : Create accurate and competitive sales proposals and quotations in a timely manner.
8. Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies as needed.
9. Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and forecasts.
10. Team Collaboration : Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other team members to share insights, best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in [industry].
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
