We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Beauty Advisors to join our vibrant showroom sales team in Bangalore/Hyderabad! As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service, share expert beauty advice, and drive sales in our stylish showroom.

What You'll Do :

- Welcome & Engage : Greet customers with a smile and a warm welcome as they enter our showroom.

- Personalized Beauty Consultations : Offer tailored beauty advice and product recommendations to meet each customer's unique needs.

- Demonstrations & Applications : Show off your skills by demonstrating and applying beauty products to customers.

- Stay Informed : Keep up with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge to provide the best advice.

- Showroom Maintenance : Ensure our showroom looks fabulous and is well-stocked.

- Customer Service : Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.

- Inventory Management : Help manage inventory and restock shelves as needed.

What We're Looking For :

Experience :

- Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor, Sales Associate, or similar role in the beauty industry.

- Knowledgeable : Strong understanding of beauty products, skincare, makeup, and fragrances.

- Communicative : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer - relationships.

- Sales-Driven : A passion for sales and achieving targets.

- Education : High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in beauty or cosmetology is a plus.

- Flexible : Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
