Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Female)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Job Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Tele Sales Executive with a focus on equity sales. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients, provide expert advice on equity investments, and drive sales by converting leads into clients.


- Your knowledge of the equity market and ability to build relationships will be key in helping clients make informed investment decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell equity-related products and services.

- Educate clients on various investment opportunities in equity markets, including stocks, mutual funds, and other financial products.

- Provide market insights, stock recommendations, and explain the risks and benefits of various equity investments.

- Maintain a deep understanding of the equity market, including trends, performance metrics, and financial products.

- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and ensure consistent engagement.

- Handle client queries related to investments, account management, and trading procedures.

- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely data on client interactions and sales.

- Work closely with the research and advisory teams to provide clients with up-to-date market information.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

- 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, specifically in equity sales.

- Strong knowledge of equity markets, financial products, and investment strategies.

- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in Gujarati is an advantage.

- Proven ability to close sales and meet targets.

- Experience in handling client objections and providing suitable solutions.

- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
