Executive - Sales - Bancassurance Channel - BFS (0-5 yrs)
- Aside from customer service, the bancassurance sales executive is expected to handle the reporting, planning, and administration of the plans purchased by the client.
- As a client, you can expect the bancassurance sales executive to present the service menu of the company to you.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- To ensure continuity of sales activities in the branch without much guidance or supervision
- Promote and maintain the reputation
- Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified Sales products to bank's customer base.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with BSE's, MBTL and as well as the bank officers and in the branch/es they are assigned to.
- Perform customer service and business conversation activities when assigned to branch.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and our back office for policy servicing and claims.
- Submit requirements on time.
- Provide field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner that will affect the bancassurance business.
- Report and meet weekly with Mobile BSE Team Leader for production updates and marketing campaigns and other related matters
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in any course (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Sales experience is necessary
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to be assigned to multiple branches as needed
- 0 - 5 yrs of experience in BFSI or NBFC sector.
- Any passed out Graduate or Post Graduate Freshers can also apply.
- Candidates from other industries having flair for open market sales are welcome.
