Responsibility:
- Promoting Cars and answering customer queries that a high standard of customer service is maintained. (Dealers)
- Contribute to the team through open and regular communication with supervisors.
- Minimise customer complaints and escalations by providing exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate Fresher can apply. (No B.E or B.Tech)
- Any Graduate with Experience in the same stream can also apply. -0 to 2-year max
- Good customer service skill with neutral accent. (Multiple languages preferred)
- Able to work on a flexible basis (Day shift).
- Salary upto 2.4 lpa +- Attractive Incentives. (VARIES FOR FRESHER AND EXPERINCED)
-Joining bonus will be Rs: 22,000
