Executive - Sales - Automobile (2-4 yrs)
Locations- Shivamogga, Bapuji Nagar, Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and generate leads for potential customers through direct inquiries and proactive outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers, including mechanics, brokers, and financiers, to create continuous business opportunities.
Customer Engagement:
- Engage with prospective customers, providing detailed information on the technical features of Isuzu vehicles.
- Coordinate and facilitate vehicle demonstrations and canopy campaigns for potential clients.
- Conduct vehicle mileage trials and other promotional activities to boost customer interest.
Sales Promotion & Advertising:
- Participate in various sales promotion activities, including canopy campaigns, mobile van advertisements, flyers, and hoardings.
- Organize vehicle displays for potential customers in various locations.
- Promote vehicle exchange programs to generate additional inquiries.
Client Management:
- Regularly visit existing clients to secure referrals, repeat orders, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work closely with fleet owners and logistic companies to generate bulk vehicle orders.
- Attend meetings with Gram Panchayats and other local entities to explore new sales opportunities.
Reporting & Coordination:
- Submit daily sales reports to the Sales Manager detailing leads, inquiries, and ongoing sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination for vehicle demos and lead follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirement: Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling Cars, SUVs, or LCVs.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good local and English communication skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Knowledge of vehicle technical specifications and features.
- Proficiency in conducting effective product demonstrations.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and vehicle demonstrations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and coordinate across departments.
