Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automobile Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of vehicles while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Promotion: Actively promote and sell our vehicle inventory to potential customers through direct interaction, phone calls, and digital outreach.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing product knowledge.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all vehicle specifications, features, and industry trends to effectively educate customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through networking, cold calling, and participating in promotional events.
- Negotiation: Negotiate vehicle prices and financing options with customers, ensuring a positive buying experience while achieving sales targets.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and vehicle inventory in the company's CRM system.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or related field is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Licenses: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
