Executive - Sales - Auto OEM/EV (2-6 yrs)
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Noida and Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical or automobile engineering, coupled with an MBA in Marketing, and experience in the Auto OEM or EV (2W, 3W, LCV & HCV) Battery, or Tractor industry.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Auto OEM and EV industry sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution.
- Proven sales experience of 2-6 years in the Auto OEM or EV (2W, 3W, LCV & HCV) Battery, or Tractor industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Age not exceeding 32 years.
