Executive - Sales - Auto/Ancillary (1-3 yrs)
- We are looking for a competitive and enthusiastic Sales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to explain our services and products through phone, we'd like to meet you.
- An effective Sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
- The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in new customers and help us meet and
surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth by developing business
Day-To-Day Responsibilities Include :
1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
2. Answer questions about products or the company.
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
4. Convincing unknown people on-call/face to face, to close sales.
5. Tele-Calling the online/offline leads (minimum 125 calls/day) and convert them into sales.
6. Enter and update customer information in the database.
7. Take and process orders and fill-in client's data in an accurate manner.
8. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
9. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling.
10. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
11. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales.
12. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
13. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
14. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
15. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
16. Go the - extra mile- to meet sales target and facilitate future sales.
17. Manage time & appointments of clients who visits and reporting/data entry of the same.
18. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information about the clients.
19. Develop business by doing more & more sales daily.
