Executive - Sales - Animal Nutrition (1-8 yrs)
Animal Nutrition Sales Executive
Exp require: 2-8 yers
Location- Remote- Karnataka and Maharashtra
This position requires regular travel within the assigned geographic area.
- Work hours may vary based on business needs, including evenings and weekends for customer visits and events.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase market penetration.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders in the animal feed industry.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and promotional campaigns effectively.
- Prepare and analyse sales forecasts, budgets, and reports on a regular basis.
- Keeping track of monthly sales of the zone and distributor level target achievement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in sales management within the animal feed industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area and occasionally nationally for meetings and industry events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
