Job Title: Sales Executive (Aluminum Formwork Systems)

Locations:

- Delhi NCR - 2 Positions

- Pune - 2 Positions

- Mumbai - 2 Positions

- Punjab - 1 Position

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, site visits, and cold calling.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, builders, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry.

- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings to showcase the benefits of aluminum formwork systems.

- Understand client needs and offer customized solutions for their projects.

- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms and contracts with clients.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives as set by the management team.

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and developments in the aluminium formwork and construction industries.

- Collaborate with the internal team (design, engineering, production) to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 2-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the construction equipment or aluminum formwork industry.

Skills:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- In-depth knowledge of aluminium formwork systems and construction processes.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Other Requirements:

- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.

- Valid driver's license (if applicable).
