Executive - Sales - Agency Channel - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative
Responsibilities :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
- Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.
- Work on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
- Good Communication skills
