Job Title : Sales Executive - Agency Insurance

Job Summary :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through prospecting and building strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prospecting for new clients can be accomplished through a variety of avenues, such as referrals, networking events, and cold phoning.

- Develop and maintain good relationships with current clients to ensure their demands are fulfilled and exceeded.

- Understand your clients' needs and propose appropriate insurance products and services to satisfy their needs.

- Present to clients and meet with them to explain insurance goods and services and answer any questions they may have.

- Prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients, negotiating conditions and pricing as appropriate.

- Follow up with clients and leads in a timely manner to finalise sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintain an understanding of industry trends and changes, as well as competitive products and pricing.

- Meet or surpass the company's sales targets and goals.

Qualifications :

- A bachelor's degree in any field.

- Proven success in field sales, with at least 2-3 years of industry experience.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as the ability to form strong bonds with clients and team members.

- Excellent presenting and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work alone and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.

- Knowledge of insurance goods and services, such as property and casualty, life, health, and disability insurance.

- The ability to react to changing market conditions and client needs.

- Microsoft Office knowledge, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Must have a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.

Salary : 3 LPA To 4 LPA + Incentives
