Executive - Sales & Account Management - Analytics & Data Management Solutions (4-10 yrs)
Role Requirement :
1. Experience in Selling successfully Analytics and Data management solutions-services-/or products
2. Meet (in-person) customers and constant efforts to close deals.
3. A positive attitude, outstanding logical reasoning and Analytical skills
4. Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.
5. Good at elevator pitches and storytelling to CXOs
6. Should have acquired in the past-B2B sign ups with large- or medium Sized customers
7. Eager to learn
8. Should take initiative
9. Ability to move things forward effectively with internal team and leadership
10. Above all, a self-starter who should be brimming with ideas, and proactively suggest to sales leadership-ways to close deals and provide regular updates
Role responsibility :
Sales :
1. Meet sales revenue number quarter on quarter
2. Maintain a healthy Sales pipeline
3. Work with client partners to work out solutions to address these, create and present proposals, to close deals with the prospects
4. Give a heads-up on what to expect to all stakeholders and keep everyone on the same page.
Account management :
1. As an account manager, work closely with customer success teams
2. Build relationships with all key customer stakeholders, leveraging the delivery engagements
3. Find opportunities with your customers to ensure new deals happen regularly
4. 'Seed" opportunities by suggesting value that customer can get from Analytics
5. Attend to any customer escalations on delivery, support and collection issues
6. Work with contracts team to ensure all contracts processes are followed well and on time, so these do not interfere in project execution.
7. All meetings must be set up with precise and clear agenda, consulting with BD/regional sales Director-Asia as may be required
8. Meticulous in documentation and follow-up
9. Work closely with the inside sales team to ensure a healthy pipeline is generated
10. Keep a close eye on pipeline to ensure achievement of sales target every quarter
11. Able to have CXO level discussions& build trust, articulating very well with the organization's powerful value proposition, and build a strong rapport with them.
