Executive - Sales - 3D Printers & CNC Machines (4-10 yrs)
Role Name : Sales Executive, CNC Machines Tools
Role Summary : Managing distributors, lead generation and closure, create a sales pipeline, payments, Distributor development, Building relationship with distributors, customers meet, Brand Building.
Reporting to : Regional- Sales Head.
Role purpose : To achieve sales through distributor development, realization, improving reach and spread and better penetration in the rural/urban segment (Tier I, II & III Cities). Act as a conduit between the dealers and Company
Qualification : BTech or MBA
Roles & Responsibility :
Distributor Development :
1. Mapping of all distributors
2. Work closely with the team to ensure timely supply to dealers and processors
3. Maximize Share of business by developing distributors
4. Building and maintaining healthy business relations with customers (dealers), ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms
5. Updation of leads
General Activities :
1. Coordinate with and assist RM in sales and market visits
2. Primary and secondary sale through specified channel
3. Increase value-added sales in small projects through specification
4. To achieve Price realization targets
5. Generate leads with potential for prospective business
6. Devising & effectuating competitive selling programs/strategies
7. Work with cross-functional teams -Pricing, Demand Planning, Operations a, d Customer Service team to achieve organizational wide objectives
Branding & Awareness :
1. To build brand equity amongst customers/dealers by providing timely deliveries & quality products
2. Ensure availability of the optimum quantity of samples and collaterals
3. Building a brand and focus in conjunction with operational requirements. Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market shares.
4. Brand image building and awareness campaigns.
Market Intelligence :
1. Keep track of projects and channel activities
2. Identify new potential dealers
3. Keep track of the industry trends and competition
4. Mapping of competitors (products, prices, services, marketing activities)
Customer Satisfaction :
- Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of quality, delivery, promotional support, etc
- Marketing knowledge in construction & building material industry.
- Project Handling and Channel sales(networking), accounting. MS office.
Knowledge :
- Marketing knowledge in CNC Machine Tool industry. Project Handling and Channel sales(networking), accounting. MS office.
