Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.

- Set sales targets and objectives for the team, tracking performance and providing regular feedback.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business leads and expand the customer base.

- Identify potential growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

- Nurture relationships with key clients and strategic partners to drive business growth and maintain customer satisfaction.

- Develop and execute sales plans, budgets, and forecasts to achieve sales targets.

- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, discuss strategies, and address any issues or challenges faced by the team.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials.

- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage any customer-related escalations in a timely and professional manner.

- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and projections for management review.

- Provide recommendations and insights to improve sales performance, processes, and strategies.
