Executive - Sales (3-5 yrs)
Work Mode: Remote
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in sales
- Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record in outbound calling, cold calling, and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in dealing with decision makers and C-level executives
- Experience working on larger deal sizes ( $20K to $1M) and lengthy sales cycles
- Good understanding on MRR and ARR models.
- Excellent research skills, with the ability to analyze prospect data, understand business needs, and tailor approaches accordingly.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging decision-makers and closing sales.
- Proficiency in using Hubspot CRM software and online tools for lead generation and sales tracking. Training will be provided
- A self-starter with a high degree of motivation, discipline, and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
