Executive - Sales (2-8 yrs)
Achievement of Sales Targets :
- Drive and achieve both primary (direct sales from the company to distributors) and secondary sales (sales from distributors to retailers or end customers) to meet or exceed budgeted targets.
- Monitor sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and address any gaps in sales performance.
Management Information Systems (MIS) & Claims :
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting through MIS tools to track sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends.
- Manage and process claims efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to company policies.
Market Expansion :
- Identify potential markets for business growth and execute strategies to expand the company's presence in those areas.
- Analyze market conditions, competitors, and customer needs to inform expansion plans.
Distribution Management :
- Oversee the distribution network, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between the company and distributors.
- Manage distributor relationships to foster collaboration and achieve mutual goals.
