Executive - Sales (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to lead our sales team. The role involves setting and achieving sales targets, coaching sales agents, and developing strategies for growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and lead sales agents.
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve and surpass goals.
- Manage client relationships and resolve issues.
- Stay updated on insurance trends and regulations.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and outcomes.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement training programs.
- Provide training and development for the team.
- Continuously assess and enhance the sales team's skills.
Requirement :
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: min. 2 year in filed sales
- Must be local candidate
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
