Executive - Sales (2-4 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
Sales and Business Development :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
Client Management :
- Handle client inquiries, provide product information, and address any concerns or issues.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up on sales leads and client requests.
Market Analysis :
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Sales Administration :
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and other related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
Customer Service :
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
Reporting :
- Generate regular sales reports, performance metrics, and market analysis reports.
- Present sales data and insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales processes and customer support.
Key Skills :
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or commercial role.
