Executive - Sales (2-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Acquisition:
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through leads, cold calling, site visits, and networking.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and architects to ensure repeat business.
Product Demonstrations:
- Present and demonstrate various window products, explaining features, benefits, and customization options to potential customers.
Site Inspections:
- Conduct site assessments to recommend suitable window solutions based on customer needs, preferences, and building requirements.
Negotiation & Closing:
- Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and contract terms to close deals effectively.
Market Research:
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to provide insights and suggestions for improving sales strategies.
Sales Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports, track key performance metrics, and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
