Job Description :
- Handle and generate sales inquiries via phone calls, emails, and B2B platforms, and make sales calls to market the company's products.
- Responsible for complete client servicing, acting as a link between customers, the head office, and the production unit (factory).
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, price negotiations, purchase orders (P.O.), and P.O. execution.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and payment realization.
- Identify new opportunities and leads through cold calling, emailing, and B2B platforms, and follow up with prospects in a timely and systematic manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the customer level.
- This position requires the ability to act independently and take initiative, with supervision from managers.
