Overview of the Job:
We are seeking a self-sufficient assistant sales manager with prior expertise in both sales and marketing to oversee daily operations.
Primary Accountabilities :
- Customers should be informed about insurance products.
- Advertise properties at expos, events, and advertising.
- Broker agreements between vendors and customers.
- Reach monthly sales goals.
- Utilize partners and direct sales to generate prospects.
- Maintain a daily sales report.
- Give clients advice on costs, industry developments, and legal issues.
- Help purchasers when they visit and inspect properties.
