The Job

Job description :

- Our Sales team makes inbound and outbound sales calls and initiates, and follows up interest from our consumers, they need to be goals-oriented and gameplayers to be able to meet the goals and come up with creative solutions.

- Their job is related to Merchant Services, Credit Card Processing, and POS (product line provided by client)

- Inbound and Outbound sales support calls and emails for our store owners, and distributors through sales channels.

- Stay updated with systems and product information, changes, and updates in the market.

- Support sales organization, retailers, and client product lines.

- Meet sales goals.

- Other duties as necessary to support merchants and customers to ensure satisfaction and continued relationships.

- Follow standard processes and procedures.

- Understand the value of our products and the needs of our retailers and their profiles inside and out

- Ability to create strong connections and relations with their retailers and customers (distributors and store owners)

- Coordinate with multiple departments related to the systems such as Tech Support if needed

Ability to keep internal reports up to date (if needed)

Ideal Candidate Required:

- English Proficiency

- Microsoft Software proficiency

- Customer Service and Sales Experience (must)

- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think under pressure.

- Patient, helpful, empathetic, good listener & professional
