Executive - Sales (1-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients effectively.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales deals.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Basic proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
