Executive - Sales (1-4 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B (USA experience is must) Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the USA market is a must.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Salary offered : 25k to 35k plus incentives.
