Skills required :
- Strong English communication
- Must have prior experience in US/UK outbound calling process
- Must sound confident over calls
- Can handle minimum of 200 outbound calls a day
- Attention to detail
Duties and responsibilities :
- To educate customers about company's services and offers
- To manage outbound and inbound calls daily
- Identify customer's needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
- To call active and budding clients for law services of our company
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing
- Responsible for retaining and expanding company's base of customers
- To be on phone for a long time and familiar of using dialer systems
Salary : Up to 5 LPA (Depending upon experience)
Location : Mohali, Chandigarh
