Executive - Sales (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Candidate will be selling services of the organization over the phone through outbound calls .
- They also manage client accounts and maintain relationships, all through taking and making phone calls.
Language Proficiency - Fluent in English & Hindi
Good communication skill to explain the services of Justdial and also able to comprehend queries and doubts of clients; helping them to handle the clients
- Candidate need to be fit at basic criteria to be hired before interview.
- Prior experience in sales/business development/voice process will be preferred
- Able to do 4-5 hour of calling
- Connect and engage with pre generated leads via outbound calls (approx. 80-100 calls)
- Local language preferred
- Performance rating- (must be above average)
- Good Data entry, typing speed skills required.
- Laptop + Wifi is mandatory
Education - Graduation is Mandatory, B. Tech + MBA preferred (with 50 % in academic throughout)
- Post-Graduation will be added advantage.
