Executive - Sales (1-2 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales, managing inbound and outbound calls, and generating high-quality leads. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Executive, you will be expected to maintain customer relationships, close deals, and contribute to achieving the company's sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct B2B sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and building relationships with potential clients.

- Make and receive inbound and outbound calls to businesses to generate leads and promote products/services.

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

- Engage with leads through follow-up calls, emails, and other communication channels to drive conversions.

- Manage and update the customer database with accurate contact and sales information.

- Provide timely and accurate feedback to the sales team and management on customer interactions.

- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies and tactics for lead generation.

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Use CRM tools and other sales technologies to track leads, conversions, and sales activities.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of lead generation strategies.

- Excellent English speaking and communication skills (both verbal and written).

- Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls, including dialing out to prospective clients.

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively engage clients.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Desired Skills:

- Experience in using sales tools or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Previous experience in [industry or sector] sales is a plus.
