Job Description :
- Client Generation
- Self Motivated and enthusiasm for work.
- Co-ordination with the client regarding Sales.
- Client Follow up
- Interacting with Client on regular basis.
- Good Knowledge about the market.
- Generate leads through Cold calling, reference, through Internet, through Newspaper etc.
- Should be able to communicate well in English, Hindi & Marathi languages.
- And also he should ensure that there should be pool of business, i.e HRIs should not sit idle.
- Drive client feedback about the service.
- Smart to handle client escalations, pressure.
- Should have hunger and thirst to capture market .
- Should be ready to travel extensively within Pune city.
- Should have a valid driving license and a bike.
- This is a target oriented profile so the remuneration will be decided depending upon the targets given.
