Executive - Sales (0-3 yrs)
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Executive/Inside Sales Executive/Tele Sales Executive.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate sales leads.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and follow up on leads.
- Provide feedback and insights to the team for improving sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, inside sales, or tele sales is a plus (Freshers with passion for sales are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
