Job Description:

- Generate Sales, Calling and Meeting face to face

- Manage incoming phone calls

- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

- Researching prospects and generating leads.

- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

- Building and maintaining a CRM database.

- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Participating in sales team meetings

- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

- Meet personal/sales team targets and call handling quotas

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

- Take the extra mile to engage customers

Preferred Candidate profile

- Graduate

- Proven sales/customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening and communication skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

- Comfortable for inter state travel

- Comfortable with target base job

- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
