Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving Company's sales targets in the specified city/region by visiting the stores, collecting orders, conducting promos, participating in Company's pop-up activities and managing the sales operations in the assigned geographical area within the city.
- He/She will be responsible for achieving profitable sales in the assigned geographical area.
A Day in the life of the Sales Executive
- Visit the assigned stores as per the allocated PJP
- Monitor the sales in the assigned geographical area and take corrective actions to ensure optimal stocking (no stock out and no overstocking)
- Plan the weekly sales and provide accurate forecast to the production teams
- Manage day to sales and distribution activities across the assigned geography as per the forecast and optimal stocking levels.
- Manage the team of promoters and ensure they meet their assigned targets
- Provide accurate and meaningful data, analysis and insights to the Reporting Head.
- Ensure timely payment collections and provide recons to the accounts team
