Executive - Sales (0-2 yrs)
Job Summary :
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting them with suitable solutions from our product/service offerings. You will maintain regular communication with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to convert them into loyal customers. This role requires a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities :
Lead Generation : Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking, to identify and generate new sales leads.
Sales Presentations : Conduct persuasive sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our products/services and addressing any inquiries they may have.
Relationship Building : Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges, and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
Sales Negotiation : Negotiate sales terms and conditions with potential customers, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the company.
Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate records of all leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system, and regularly update the sales pipeline.
Sales Targets : Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights and refine sales strategies.
Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any post-sale inquiries or issues.
Requirements :
Education: High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related sales role is preferred but not mandatory.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively and build rapport.
Persuasive Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals and convert leads into customers.
Result-Oriented: Self-motivated and goal-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and market conditions.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
