Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and a knack for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.

- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support; answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions; respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs).

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

- Maintain an accurate and updated sales database (CRM).

- Provide feedback and after-sales support.

- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and competitors' activities.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.

- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

- Fast learner and passion for sales.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
